About the Role
CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of resident-centered care, delivering direct bedside nursing, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring resident conditions with a keen eye for detail.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including RNs, therapists, and physicians—to implement individualized care plans that support both rehabilitation and long-term care goals. Your day will involve providing essential wound care, respiratory support, and restorative nursing techniques while educating residents and their families on health management and care plans. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality daily care.

Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS/CPR certification
- verifiedIV therapy certification (preferred)
- verifiedExperience in skilled nursing or rehab setting (preferred)
Nice to Have
IV therapy certification. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting.
