About the Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a vital link in our care continuum, providing direct, compassionate nursing care to our residents. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, you ensure that every resident receives high-quality care that aligns with physician orders, individualized care plans, and strict state and federal regulations.
Day in the Life
Your day is defined by hands-on clinical support and meaningful interaction. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and assist residents with their daily care needs. From performing wound and catheter care to observing and reporting changes in resident condition, your vigilance ensures safety and well-being. You will also collaborate closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, offering guidance to CNAs as needed while participating in shift reports and care conferences. Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding resident dignity and confidentiality are central to your practice.

Requirements
