About the Role
As an Optician, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting store performance. You will be the face of our commitment to quality, assisting customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including providing training on insertion and removal. Your day will involve maintaining accurate patient records, managing order follow-ups, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment that adheres to safety standards. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Opticians and help drive store success through exceptional service and sales.
