The Role
You will be the face of our optical department, guiding customers through the process of selecting and receiving their eyewear. Your day involves assisting with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, providing essential training on insertion and removal, and educating patients on their products. Beyond clinical duties, you will drive store success by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
You will also ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate patient records, managing order follow-ups, and conducting weekly outreach. A clean, organized work environment and strict adherence to safety standards are essential, as is maintaining inventory control and merchandising standards. If you have the experience and legal permission, you will also have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Opticians.
