As an Optician, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting store performance. You will assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, providing essential training on insertion and removal alongside product education. Your day will involve delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals, maintaining accurate patient records, and managing order follow-up. You will also support quality and operational excellence by reducing remakes, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
