About the Role
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker at New Sunrise Treatment Center serves as a vital link in our continuum of care, dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health support to patients and their families. This role exists to ensure that every patient receives integrated, evidence-based care that addresses their unique clinical needs through a multi-disciplinary approach.
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans focused on integrative strategies for mental health disorders. Your day-to-day involves delivering individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse patient population, ranging from new admissions to established clients. You will also utilize tele-health technologies to extend care where clinically indicated and serve as a liaison to coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient wellness.
A critical component of this role is crisis intervention. You will actively assist patients in crisis, collaborating with external resources when necessary, and ensure that high-risk patients complete collaborative safety plans that document effective crisis prevention strategies. Throughout your tenure, you will maintain strict discretion regarding patient information and ensure all clinical documentation is completed timely and in full compliance with organizational policies.
