Telos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This position is designed for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility, offering a hybrid model where you can pick your own two days per week.
