Telos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to deliver mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services within Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. This position is designed for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility, offering a hybrid model where you provide in-person care while utilizing company-provided technology for virtual charting.
You will work independently to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans, supported by a dedicated team of Directors of Mental Health and administrative staff. A key aspect of this role is the removal of administrative burdens; our billing team handles all billing and authorization responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care and clinical excellence.
