Creative Risk Solutions (CRS) is a proud line of business under the Holmes Murphy umbrella and a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in innovative claims management solutions. We believe in doing things differently by empowering our team to deliver exceptional service, embrace creativity, and make a real impact for our clients. As part of the Holmes Murphy family, you will join a collaborative, innovative team that values trust, communication, and a deep client focus.
As a Liability Claims Specialist, you will step into a position where your client service expertise makes a meaningful difference. You will serve as a key advisor, consulting on and confirming coverage for commercial auto and general liability claims while managing the full adjudication lifecycle. Your day will involve investigating bodily injury and liability claims, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate loss information within our systems.
Beyond individual case management, you will play a vital role in the broader ecosystem by monitoring litigation, participating in risk control workshops, and identifying subrogation or fraud opportunities. This role also offers the chance to mentor Claims Specialists I and contribute to company committees that help develop new standards. You will be expected to maintain open, ongoing communication with insureds, claimants, agency partners, and fronting carriers, ensuring the best interests of all parties are protected while adhering to our "Best Practices for Claims" and "Litigation Management" guidelines.
At Holmes Murphy, we are committed to celebrating every employee's unique diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) experience. We offer a paid Diversity Day, a Chief Diversity Officer, and various DE&I committees for those who wish to participate. Our culture encourages work-life balance with generous time-off practices, and we actively support community efforts through paid Volunteer Time Off and employee matching gifts via the Holmes Murphy Foundation.
