This position serves as the operational backbone for the Labor and Employment Practice Group, providing essential legal administrative support to ensure the team functions smoothly. The role exists to manage the complex administrative lifecycle of litigation matters, allowing attorneys to focus on high-level legal strategy while maintaining rigorous standards of organization and confidentiality.
In this capacity, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating the day-to-day logistics of a high-volume caseload. Your day will involve preparing legal documents and correspondence, managing client files from opening to closing, and handling sensitive billing and expense reimbursement processes. You will interact directly with clients and team members at all levels, requiring a blend of professional discretion and proactive communication.
