The Legal Administrator is a pivotal member of the Gravis Law team, dedicated to ensuring smooth legal and administrative operations. This role serves as a bridge between attorneys and clients, managing critical transitions, data integrity, and registered agent administration. You will be the operational backbone that supports the firm's mission, vision, and values while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere under pressure.
In this position, you will engage directly with incoming and outgoing attorneys to facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless data management throughout the lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves meticulous data entry, conflict checks, and correspondence tracking, alongside maintaining the registered agent inbox and managing annual client renewals. You will also collaborate with legal teams on systemwide case management data cleanup and drive efficiency by researching and implementing new technology solutions.
This is a full-time role based in a standard office environment. While the position requires regular, punctual attendance, there are occasional requirements to work weekends, holidays, or be on call. Some travel may be necessary for overnight assignments. The role demands the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines with a positive attitude.
