About the Role
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community, responsible for guiding prospective residents from their first inquiry to signing their lease. This role is vital to our growth strategy, serving as the primary driver for occupancy and a key partner in resident retention. You will not only showcase apartments and amenities but also coordinate marketing initiatives to generate traffic and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
In this position, you will work closely with the Property Manager to support daily operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new residents. Your day will involve conducting property tours, qualifying leads, and managing the full leasing cycle, from application processing to lease execution. You will also play an active role in maintaining the community's reputation by executing marketing plans, engaging in local networking, and ensuring the leasing office and tour paths meet high show standards.

- check_circleParticipate in lease renewal efforts by preparing documents and finalizing lease extensions
- check_circleAssist with rent collection, manage delinquent accounts, and perform administrative tasks
- check_circleDesign and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy levels

Requirements
