About the Role
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community, responsible for welcoming prospective residents and guiding them toward finding their perfect home. This role is vital to our growth strategy, serving as the primary driver for occupancy and a key pillar in resident retention.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of sales, service, and operations. You will conduct property tours, showcase our amenities, and qualify leads to ensure the right fit for our community. Beyond the initial lease, you will play an active role in the resident lifecycle, from coordinating move-in readiness and executing lease agreements to supporting renewal efforts and resolving maintenance concerns. You will also collaborate with the Property Manager to execute marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, and maintain accurate records using industry-standard software.
