Join Woodmont Properties as a Leasing Professional dedicated to creating exceptional resident experiences. In this role, you will be the face of the community, guiding prospective residents from their first inquiry through the move-in process and fostering long-term satisfaction for current residents. Your mission is to achieve maximum occupancy by delivering personalized service, showcasing the unique features of our apartment homes, and building a vibrant community atmosphere.
You will manage the full leasing lifecycle, from conducting property tours and qualifying prospects to preparing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins. Beyond sales, you will act as a resident advocate, assisting with lease renewals, addressing maintenance needs, and organizing resident events. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining the property's curb appeal and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Woodmont Properties.
Your day begins with reviewing unit availability and inspecting vacant apartments and model units to ensure they are pristine for showings. You will engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person tours, utilizing a guest card system to understand their needs and match them with the perfect home. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to following up with leads, processing applications, and facilitating lease signings within strict timeframes.
You will also serve as a community ambassador by participating in marketing events, distributing outreach materials, and conducting local market research to stay ahead of competition. Maintaining a clean and orderly office and work areas is essential, as is ensuring the property's visual appeal. You will work collaboratively with the Community Manager and the team to support property goals, often extending hours to accommodate resident needs, including weekends and evenings.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process to assess sales aptitude, customer service skills, and cultural fit. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in relevant software tools and a commitment to fair housing laws and company policies.
