We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant for our beautiful community, Northside Transit Village, a 600+ unit property in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the face of the community, responsible for leasing apartments and assisting tenants with their needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the application process, explaining lease terms, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. Your day will involve welcoming guests, showcasing the property, and fostering a positive environment for current residents while adhering to HUD and LIHTC regulations.
