Leasing Consultant

About the Role

Our client, a real estate investment company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Washington, D.C. This position offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway for a candidate ready to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a dynamic, resident-facing environment.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the entire leasing journey from initial inquiry to move-in. You will conduct apartment tours, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and consistently follow up with leads to convert interest into signed leases. Beyond the sales aspect, you will build lasting relationships with current and prospective residents to support retention, while collaborating closely with the property management team on daily operations and leasing strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, balancing the art of closing leases with the precision of maintaining accurate records in CRM and leasing systems. You will be the face of the property, requiring a polished, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively while working independently.
