We are seeking a strategic, community-focused leader to serve as our next Director of Community Development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is designed to lead the strategy, growth, and execution of community development initiatives that revitalize neighborhoods and drive long-term community impact. As a thought partner to the CEO, you will help shape the organization's direction while overseeing a dedicated team of professionals and AmeriCorps members. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead meaningful work that directly improves the lives of people in the region.
