Key Responsibilities
- check_circleActively solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals
- check_circleMarket the property by responding to phone inquiries and internal leads
- check_circleAssist in managing the property budget to increase net operating income
- check_circleMaintain accuracy of resident ledgers and files
- check_circleCoordinate community events for residents
- check_circleLead property tours for prospective residents to showcase amenities
- check_circleInspect units during move-in and move-out processes
- check_circleManage rent collection efforts including delinquent accounts and lease terminations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verified1+ years leasing and/or sales experience
- verifiedExperience with affordable housing procedures
- verifiedYardi experience preferred
- verifiedMicrosoft Word & Excel
- verifiedAbility to work 5 days a week including Saturdays
- verifiedAbility to drive a vehicle
- verifiedPass criminal background check
- verifiedPass drug screen
- verifiedPass motor vehicle report
