At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage, and modernize the mission-critical technology systems the world depends on every day. We combine deep technical expertise with a people-first mindset, a growth culture, and a relentless focus on customer success. We are always moving forward, pushing ourselves to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, customers, and communities.
As a Learning Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping diagnose performance and capability gaps and translating them into targeted, high-impact learning and skill-building solutions. You will leverage Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting principles to align learning strategies to business priorities, ensuring measurable impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, learning design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights, acting as the connector between business leaders and Kyndryl's learning pillars, products, and services. You will thrive in complex environments, enjoying solving business problems through thoughtful, data-informed learning strategies. You will be equally comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, translating strategy into execution, and connecting the dots between learning outcomes and business impact.
Kyndryl offers more than a job—it offers a career path. With state-of-the-art resources and Fortune 100 clients, every day is an opportunity to innovate, build new capabilities, new relationships, new processes, and new value. You'll have access to continuous learning, certification opportunities across major platforms (including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Skillsoft), and the chance to grow your impact across industries, clients, and geographies.
We invest heavily in your success so that together, we all succeed. Through our company-wide volunteering and giving platform, you can donate, start fundraisers, volunteer, and search over 2 million non-profit organizations. We care about your well-being and offer benefits that give you choice, reflect the diversity of our employees, and support you and your family through the moments that matter.
Diversity is how we think and who we are. We welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are just one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice. This dedication to welcoming everyone means that Kyndryl gives you—and everyone next to you—the ability to bring your whole self to work, individually and collectively, and support the activation of our equitable culture. That's the Kyndryl Way.
