About the Role

As a Learning Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping diagnose performance and capability gaps and translating them into targeted, high-impact learning and skill-building solutions. You will leverage Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting principles to align learning strategies to business priorities, ensuring measurable impact and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, learning design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights, acting as the connector between business leaders and Kyndryl's learning pillars, products, and services. You will thrive in complex environments, enjoying solving business problems through thoughtful, data-informed learning strategies. You will be equally comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, translating strategy into execution, and connecting the dots between learning outcomes and business impact.
