About the Role
The Learning and Development Specialist is a key facilitator of leadership capability across Refresco North America. Based in our Tampa corporate office, this role supports the design, delivery, and execution of leadership development and learning initiatives. You will partner closely with the Learning & Development Manager and business leaders to deliver engaging experiences that build capability, strengthen culture, and drive performance.
This position is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will model Refresco Leadership Behaviors in every interaction, creating psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation and growth. A significant portion of your day will involve traveling (approximately 40–60%) to various plant and corporate locations to deliver programs in person, ensuring a seamless learner experience across the organization.
