The Data & Analytics Leader will serve as a catalyst for data-driven transformation within ERAC. Reporting to the Emerging Technology Leader, this highly visible and impactful role is designed to champion the enterprise analytics strategy. The successful candidate will develop and execute a multi-year data and analytics roadmap, establish an enterprise data governance framework, and build the capabilities and culture necessary to drive strategic decision-making across the business.
This position requires a leader who can work across business functions and skill levels, influencing leaders, peers, and subordinates to drive results. The role demands the ability to bring clarity in a fast-moving, complex environment, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights that improve decision-making and create competitive advantage.

Familiarity with modern analytics and data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Copilot, Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts). Outstanding interpersonal skills combining deep technical expertise with exceptional communication and influence skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with uncertainty and change. Ability to build effective partnerships and foster a collaborative operating environment.
