Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDefine and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy for ConnectureDRX
- check_circleLead, mentor, and grow a team of data professionals including engineers and analysts
- check_circleProvide strategic direction for data architecture within the Microsoft Fabric environment
- check_circleCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate challenges into technical requirements
- check_circleStrategically grow analytics content to include member engagement and product adoption
- check_circleEstablish and enforce best practices for data governance, quality, and security
Requirements
- verified6+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- verified3+ years in a leadership or director-level role
- verifiedDeep expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence stack including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- verifiedExperience with healthcare or insurance industry data, preferably Medicare data
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a quantitative field.
