Data Analytics IT Architect

About the Role

As a Data and Analytics Architect at Medline, you will serve as a strategic partner to business, functional, and technical teams, shaping the future of our data and analytics solutions. Your mission is to drive sound integration patterns, evaluate emerging platform capabilities, and provide the technology leadership necessary to ensure our designs are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective while strictly adhering to enterprise standards.

In this position, you will define and evolve the reference architecture and integration patterns that align with Medline's broader business objectives. You will act as a guardian of quality, providing architectural review, guidance, and decision support to ensure all solutions are consistent, compliant, and supportable. Beyond high-level strategy, you will partner with Cloud & Infrastructure Architects and Enterprise Architecture to deliver well-governed solutions, continuously improving our technology posture.

Your day-to-day involves navigating complex trade-offs and risks associated with new tools and features, systematically tracking them, and planning effective mitigations. You will build decision matrices to enable consistent tool adoption and provide hands-on technology leadership to implementation teams, unblocking delivery by resolving architecture and engineering obstacles. Whether participating in design review forums like SRB, TRB, and DARB, or guiding teams on practical approaches to integration challenges like data movement and latency, your goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Hiring Process
