Certifications in Azure Data Engineer, Oracle DBA, or project management (e.g., PMP). Experience with custom connectors and external API integration. Experience with integration of CRM with ERP, email, or marketing platforms. Experience with ITSM tools and structured change management processes. Experience working in validated or regulated environments.
