About the Role

This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on building and delivering complex software solutions. As part of the team, you will analyze, design, document, and implement the components, software, and layers required for these implementations based on specific requirements and design specifications.

Your day-to-day involves participating in the full software development lifecycle, from estimating and planning to coding, debugging, and testing. You will identify needs, commit to delivering on tasks, and track their status to completion. A key part of your mission is to align with senior and lead developers to ensure features meet documented requirements while assisting in the development of user stories, including feature design and acceptance criteria.

Beyond individual contribution, you will play a vital role in team growth by participating in technical code reviews and providing guidance to junior developers. You will demonstrate problem-solving skills to deal with complex situations while providing creative solutions, striving for continuous improvement and proactively encouraging the same from your team members. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will frequently engage in customer-facing situations.
