About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert at Maximus, you will serve as the resident authority on sourcing strategies, driving the identification and engagement of top-tier talent across our corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments. This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex hiring needs and the specialized talent markets, ensuring our organization remains competitive in securing cleared and technical professionals.
You will lead the development and execution of advanced staffing strategies, focusing heavily on building robust pipelines of passive candidates for executive IT positions and specialized government contracting roles. Beyond individual contributor duties, you will manage a team of sourcing recruiters, overseeing special projects ranging from aging funded requisitions to high-priority proposal efforts. Your work will directly influence our hiring plans, ensuring alignment with senior management goals and the organization's strategic objectives.
In this position, you will not only execute targeted search campaigns using open-source intelligence, Boolean searching, and social media strategies but also drive continuous improvement by evaluating new sourcing tools and disseminating best practices to the broader recruitment team. You will act as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of excellence while ensuring all recruiting activities comply with relevant regulations, including OFCCP standards.
