This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, focusing on building accurate candidate profiles and developing comprehensive hiring plans. The role is designed to support corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by executing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for cultivating high-quality pipelines of both passive and active talent, specifically targeting technical and cleared roles within the government contracting space.
The day-to-day involves managing multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met. You will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP. Additionally, you will assist in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures, while leading training efforts to disseminate best practices across the recruiting team.
