This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, focusing on building accurate candidate profiles and developing comprehensive hiring plans. The role is dedicated to executing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies for professional-level candidates across funded and proposal requisitions. You will play a key part in supporting corporate operations as well as federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by cultivating high-quality pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves managing multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met. You will lead the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools, assist in training the recruiting team on best practices, and actively track recruiting activities to ensure compliance with hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of cleared and technical talent markets to run targeted search campaigns effectively.
