As a key talent advisor at Maximus, you will serve as a strategic partner to client organizations, acting as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, and hiring strategy consultant. This role is designed to drive consultative leadership within the recruiting function, focusing on complex, high-impact initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
You will lead large-scale recruiting projects for federal civilian, health, and defense market segments, managing everything from sourcing strategies for technical and executive IT positions to building robust pipelines of passive talent. The position demands a deep understanding of cleared and technical talent markets, utilizing advanced intelligence and search techniques to support both funded and proposal requisitions.
Beyond execution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent landscape by coaching and training team members, influencing senior leadership on strategic matters, and establishing goals that align with corporate priorities. You will manage a team of sourcing recruiters, overseeing special projects ranging from aging requisitions to high-priority proposal efforts, ensuring that all recruiting activities meet rigorous compliance standards, including OFCCP regulations.
