This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, focusing on the identification and acquisition of high-caliber talent for technical and executive roles. The role is critical in supporting corporate operations as well as specialized segments including federal civilian, health, and defense markets. You will be responsible for building accurate candidate profiles and developing comprehensive hiring plans that align with organizational goals.
The day-to-day involves executing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies to cultivate robust pipelines of both active and passive talent. You will navigate the complexities of the cleared and technical talent markets, utilizing unique strategies such as open-source intelligence, x-ray searching, and Boolean searching to engage candidates who are not actively looking. Beyond sourcing, you will assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, lead training initiatives to disseminate best practices, and manage multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a professional evaluation process designed to assess their strategic sourcing capabilities and experience within the government contracting space. The process includes reviewing past performance in complex recruitment projects and demonstrating proficiency with applicant tracking systems and various sourcing platforms.
