We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the evolution of our platform through creative software solutions and technical leadership. This role is designed for a professional who can think beyond routine approaches to break down complex technical problems and build secure, high-quality production code. You will balance 30% leadership responsibilities with 70% hands-on coding, reviewing team members' work, and ensuring operational stability.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will engage directly with stakeholders to translate their requirements into robust technical specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and drive outcomes-oriented decisions. Additionally, you will help lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote the adoption of new and leading-edge technologies.
Our team is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. We believe that varied perspectives drive innovation, and we actively encourage all team members to contribute to an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work.
