The Information Technology Department is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that power critical business applications. This position serves as a vital bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, requiring a deep specialization in Vlocity (OmniStudio) alongside core Salesforce technologies.
In this role, you will not only build custom applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce but also collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and scalable implementations. The day-to-day involves translating business needs into technical architecture, developing robust integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, and maintaining a high standard of code quality through CI/CD processes.
Beyond development, this position offers the opportunity to shape the team's technical direction. You will contribute to best practices, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design discussions to troubleshooting production issues.
