We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce Developer (Lead) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role (onsite + remote) is a 6-month contract focused on building, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical applications across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms, including MuleSoft, Oracle, and SQL Server environments.
As a Lead Developer, you will provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions. You will be responsible for deep-dive analysis and reverse engineering of legacy applications to identify improvements, while ensuring compliance with agency standards, technology directives, and security requirements.
