Salesforce Developer

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a key architect for mission-critical applications within the public sector. This hybrid position focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through best-practice architecture and development processes. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and functional users to translate complex requirements into robust solutions, handling everything from customization and maintenance to deep-dive reverse engineering of existing codebases.

Your day-to-day involves participating in cross-functional teams to establish and support application development and test environments. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining applications across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and various relational databases. A significant portion of the role entails analyzing existing systems to refactor and redesign them for optimal performance while ensuring all interfaces comply with evolving technology directives, client statutes, and regulations.

The role requires strong communication skills to translate complex technical and regulatory information into concise documentation for diverse audiences. Hiring Process

Candidates must possess an active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. Those with Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Consultant certification or advanced developer certifications are highly preferred. The selection process will evaluate your experience with Salesforce DevOps platforms like Copado, OmniStudio, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
