This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be instrumental in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, ensuring the store remains a welcoming and efficient environment. Your day will be defined by providing exemplary customer service, maximizing profitability, and fostering teamwork while protecting company assets. From greeting customers at the door to managing the front end and maintaining a safe, secure shopping environment, you will be the face of our commitment to our community.
