This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be instrumental in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, ensuring the store remains a welcoming and efficient environment. From greeting customers at the door to managing the front end and maintaining a clean, safe shopping space, your role is essential to maximizing profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. In the absence of leadership, you will step up to authorize refunds, manage cash accountability, and monitor store security, ensuring the business continues to run smoothly.
