About the Role
The Lead Sales Associate is a pivotal role designed to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. This position acts as a bridge between daily operations and leadership, ensuring store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Lead Sales Associate steps up to perform their duties and act in a lead capacity, guiding the team and managing store operations.
