About the Role
The Lead Sales Associate is a pivotal role designed to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. This position acts as a bridge between daily operations and leadership, ensuring store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
In this role, you will perform the duties of a Sales Associate while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will provide superior customer service leadership, greeting and assisting customers, and managing the front-end operations. Your day will involve receiving and stocking merchandise, building displays, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and safe. You will also assist in the implementation of planograms and may be tasked with opening and closing the store under specific direction.
