The Lead Sales Associate is a pivotal role designed to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. This position acts as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, performing all duties of a Sales Associate while stepping up to guide the team. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers, assisting them in locating and purchasing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. From operating the cash register to stocking shelves and managing store cleanliness, your efforts directly maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
