About the Role

The Lead Consultant serves as a knowledgeable expert across all areas of the store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. This role is designed to consistently deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions to both colleagues and customers.

In this position, you will coordinate store activities, manage production flows, and operate equipment requiring advanced operational knowledge. You will act as a key resource for complex order production, ensuring quality standards are met from setup through finishing. With leadership direction, you may also guide other consultants and resolve escalated customer issues, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
