The Lead Consultant serves as a knowledgeable hub for the store's business, spanning print, signs & graphics, and shipping. This role is designed to consistently deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions to both colleagues and customers.
In this position, you will coordinate store activities and manage the full production flow, ensuring complex orders are executed correctly and on time. You will act as a key resource for pricing information and product recommendations, operating advanced equipment and facilitating production processes. With leadership direction, you may also guide Consultants and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring the team operates smoothly across shifts.
