As a Customer Service Supervisor at our Itasca location, you will supervise the daily work effort of a group of employees within a specific Business Operations Function. This role is designed to ensure optimum productivity and customer satisfaction by organizing and managing daily team activities. You will exercise judgment within existing policies to recommend tactics for meeting work plans and serve as a key point of contact for resolving complex customer issues and interdepartmental discrepancies.
In this position, you will not only monitor team performance but also actively select, develop, and evaluate subordinate employees. You will provide guidance on sensitive customer issues, conduct training for new hires, and cross-train staff to ensure operational efficiency. The role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate the team to accomplish tasks by agreed-upon deadlines while maintaining a highly professional and productive environment.
