As a Client Service II Representative in Print Production and Mailroom, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and their daily operational needs. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing environments where precision and communication are paramount. You will not only manage the flow of documents and mail but also act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring that service level agreements are met with excellence.
Your day will involve overseeing workflow and job balance within the team, assigning tasks to colleagues, and ensuring that all account processes are properly recorded in the Site Procedure Guide. Whether you are managing the reproduction of complex print requests, handling sensitive courier items, or maintaining the office reception area, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work across various functions including Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier Services, and Office Services, adapting to the evolving needs of the client and division.
