As a Lead Mechanic, you will oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial cleaning and environmental service equipment, including trucks, pumps, and specialized assets used in demanding field conditions. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical execution and team leadership, ensuring safe, reliable operations while mentoring the next generation of technicians.
In this position, you will plan and perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, and enforce safety and environmental procedures. You will coordinate with operations and asset management to prioritize work orders, maintaining accurate records in company systems. Success here requires a safety-first mindset, hands-on expertise, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
