About the Role
The Lead HVAC Installation Technician is a pivotal role designed to perform skilled work in the installation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems while serving as an assistant manager to the HVAC Service Manager. This position provides specific support to our team of Commercial HVAC Installers, bridging the gap between field execution and operational management.
In this capacity, you will run install jobs for commercial systems, directing small crews and coordinating the activities of assigned craft workers. Your day will involve interpreting specifications, blueprints, and drawings to establish plans that ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the daily scheduling of technicians, handling requisitions for materials, and acting as a central point of contact for installers in the field. This role demands a high degree of attention to detail to prevent damage or waste while maintaining and caring for all company assets, including tools, trucks, and equipment.

Requirements
