As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our commercial service operations. You will exhibit proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment, including boilers, forced air, hydronic, split systems, and complex control systems. Your day-to-day involves performing repairs, overhauls, and start-ups while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units, often anticipating difficulties before they arise. This role requires you to coordinate on-site work, perform preventative maintenance, and provide technical support to customers. You will be expected to maintain your service vehicle, document all work completed, and stay current with manufacturer products and procedures.
This role is physically demanding and requires adaptability. You may work in varying temperatures, both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, and cold. The environment may include exposure to moderate to high noise levels, fumes, or airborne particles. You may be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights, utilizing heavy machinery, hand tools, and power tools. The position involves climbing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working aloft.

We are seeking individuals with 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or residential field, or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
