In recent years, we have partnered with a larger national organization in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) space. This strategic growth has created immediate openings for skilled HVAC professionals who are seeking stability, advancement, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, expanding team.
As a Senior or Lead Commercial HVAC Technician, you will serve as a critical pillar of our service operations in Davenport, Iowa. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on complex diagnostics and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of technicians. You will work independently to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ranging from large RTUs and boilers to VRF systems and cooling towers.
Beyond technical execution, this role emphasizes leadership and mentorship. You will guide apprentices and junior technicians, demonstrating proper troubleshooting methodologies rather than simple parts replacement. Your day-to-day involves interpreting complex wiring diagrams and control schematics, performing combustion analysis, and communicating professionally with facility managers and engineers. You will model safe work habits and ensure all service documentation meets high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. If you meet the minimum qualifications and are ready to join a supportive, team-focused environment, please apply directly. We review applications on a rolling basis for this immediate opening.
We believe in building long-term relationships with our employees and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We offer a supportive environment where your skills are valued, your professional development is encouraged, and your career growth is supported regardless of your background.
