Senior HVAC Service Technician

Climate Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Senior HVAC Service Technician to lead field operations and manage a team of commercial HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will set the standard for a positive, customer-focused attitude and professional appearance across the team. You will actively support upper management in setting clear goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment. As a safety role model, you will ensure safety procedures are followed, promote a culture of safety on job sites, and provide necessary training in line with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Your day-to-day involves overseeing daily service calls, ensuring timely completion of electronic paperwork for billing, and managing parts orders to avoid delays. You will mentor team members on efficient service call completion and participate in the on-call service rotation to address urgent customer needs. Additionally, you will support sales efforts by building strong customer relationships, conducting job site surveys, and providing input for estimates.

You will lead the rollout of Vendor and OEM Apps to the team, ensuring everyone is properly trained to maximize efficiency. You are also responsible for identifying and implementing industry-specific software tools and devices needed to maintain operational effectiveness. Finally, you will maintain a current library of HVAC product information related to installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair to support your team members.
