About the Team

As a member of the Global Controls Team, you will collaborate with highly motivated operators, engineers, and technicians within the data center industry. Our mission is to maintain and optimize the critical infrastructure systems that power AWS's global operations. We leverage sophisticated industrial control systems to automatically operate mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal temperature and pressure conditions across our facilities.

These systems integrate and monitor a vast array of critical components, including generators, uninterruptible power sources, electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs). Within this complex infrastructure, the Building Management System (BMS) serves as the primary control platform for all mechanical systems, while the Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) functions as the primary monitoring platform for all electrical systems. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with industry-leading technology in mission-critical environments while directly contributing to the reliability and efficiency of AWS's global infrastructure.
