This position serves as the strategic architect for global capability building within Operations, Procurement, and Global Business Services (GBS). The role exists to translate high-level business priorities into scalable, measurable learning solutions that drive performance and enable lasting behavior change. You will lead the design and execution of functional programs that strengthen critical skills, ensuring the organization remains agile and effective in a complex global environment.
As a key partner to functional leadership, you will co-own the global capability roadmap and define the competency frameworks that guide talent development. Your work involves bridging the gap between people, process, data, and technology to build an integrated ecosystem. You will not only design blended learning solutions but also foster communities of practice, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
You will operate within a matrixed environment, collaborating closely with the Head of Global Capabilities and Learning, functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and Global L&D Centers of Excellence. The mission is to create a unified approach to capability development that supports the company's innovation roadmap and operating model changes. By driving adoption through change management and executive engagement, you will help shape a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and instructional design expertise. The process typically includes an initial screening, a deep-dive discussion on capability strategy, and a presentation or case study on program design. Final rounds involve meeting with key stakeholders to evaluate cultural fit and alignment with the organization's vision.
